About
I am a data scientist and ML engineer with more than eight years of experience, based in Zagreb. I started data droids in 2024 to work directly with companies that want to use AI well, not just talk about it.
At ReversingLabs, I developed machine learning models that run in production on its malware-analysis platform, one of the largest in the industry. As a Senior Data Scientist at HTEC Group, I built an agentic LLM application for a major US telecom, integrating external APIs and a RAG-based document search. I also ran workshops for the client's business stakeholders.
Before that, I built a complete computer vision pipeline for FMCG brands. It went all the way from gathering and labelling the images to models that could spot each product in an ordinary smartphone photo and trace its exact outline. In parallel, I built sales forecasting models for high-end retail.
The part I enjoy most is translation. I help a team understand what the technology does, what it does not do, and how to make good decisions with it. For larger projects, I bring in a small network of trusted specialists.

Yes, and it often works best that way. I can add capacity, bring a specialist skill such as LLMs or MLOps, or give an outside view on architecture and priorities.
I am EU-based and happy to sign a data processing agreement. When personal data is involved, I prefer EU hosting and only the access the work really needs.

It depends on the scope. You will have a written plan with milestones within a few days of our first call.
