What data I process, and why

• Emails you send me. I use them to reply and, if you become a client, to run the project. Legal basis: steps before a contract and the contract itself.
• Call bookings. If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email and the time you choose, and passes them to me. Legal basis: steps before a contract.
• Technical logs. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and basic request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure website.

Service providers

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website (Cloudflare Pages).
• Cal.com handles call bookings.
• Porkbun forwards email sent to marko@data-droids.com.
• Proton AG provides the mailbox where that email arrives.

They act as processors. Some of them may process data outside the EU under the EU's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long I keep it

I keep emails and booking details while you and I are in contact. For clients, I keep them as long as Croatian tax and accounting law requires. Otherwise I delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Write to marko@data-droids.com. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr).
